On weekends they have a farmers market and food trucks. You can also do their witch scavenger hunt, which we love doing. It is so much fun to walk around here and see all the unique Halloween decorations they have. This event happens mid-September through October. They haven’t announced dates for 2022 yet. Kuwahara has really cool pumpkin walls to take pictures with. Mabey opens September 24th and stays open till Halloween.

There are tons of these in the area, but our favorites are Mabey Pumpkin Patch 10090 S 1000 W, South Jordan, UT 84095 and Kuwahara’s 12153 S 700 W, Draper, UT. I can’t find their exact hours and what date they close for the season, so I suggest calling to see if they’re open when you want to go. The Alpine Slides at Park City costs $25 per adult and $15 per child. Then you’ll ride down and have tons of fun! You’ll jump off the ski lift part of the way up and walk to the top of the slides. In the fall there are beautiful aspen trees that have turned yellow that are so fun to see while riding the ski lift. This is one of the most fun activities! We like going here early in the season before all the other activities are open. This is one of the first fall activities in Utah to kick off. Oktoberfest has the best kettle corn, so make sure to grab a bag while you’re there. Admission is free, but parking is $10 per car.

Oktoberfest takes place at Snowbird and it’s open Saturdays and Sundays plus Labor Day August 13 – Octo12-6pm. It’s amazing to see how talented they are and what they come up with for their design.

The air is starting to get a little crisp in the morning and it has me dreaming of everything we’ll be doing this fall from corn mazes to seeing the fall foliage. That’s what it’s for, for a nice drive on Sunday or to go out and have a showy car on a Friday and Saturday night, maybe a solo shopping trip too. If you’re tall the car does have ample leg room and height with the top up. especially if he has groceries piled on him. I’m 110 lbs and my boyfriend is 200 lbs and that’s about the max load. so if you’re a big person with a big spouse, the car wouldn’t be practical. The weight capacity on it is under 400 lbs. I drive it nice so far just because it’s in such excellent shape. It’s not a car I would take on a long road trip unless you were alone. Downside, if I have a passenger, there’s absolutely no room for anything. The miles will stay low because I live in tahoe and it’s got to be stored for the winter months. I do not have a turbo in it, I would just get in trouble. I don’t think it’s possible to roll this car. It handles and goes around corners like no other. Checked car fax and it had oil change less than every 1000 miles by one owner and was barely driven by most owners. I got my solstice for only $5000 with 36000 original miles on it.
